Online Returns & Exchanges
We are committed to ensuring a smooth returns process for our online customers.

Refunds:
Returns for refunds are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. -
Exchanges or Store Credit:
Exchanges or store credit are available within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility:
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be returned in their original packaging, with all brand tags attached.
- Show no signs of wear.
- Include undamaged shoe boxes, as they are considered part of the product.
In-Store Returns
For items purchased in-store:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days for an exchange or store credit only.
- In-store purchases must be returned in-store, accompanied by the original receipt.
Extended Christmas Returns Policy
To make your holiday shopping worry-free, our extended Christmas returns policy is valid from 1st December to 8th January.
- Eligible for store credit or exchanges only.
- Refund requests after 8th January will not be accepted.
How to Return an Online Order
We recommend using a tracked shipping service via Royal Mail for all returns. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.
